JASTI has developed various testing equipment for calibration tests of physical dummy components:

Head drop test equipment

Calibration for frontal drop test: Hybrid-III 5F/50th/95th, WorldSID 50th, THOR 50th; Calibration for side drop test: ES-2, ES-2re, SID-IIs, etc.

Neck flexion/extension testing device

Used for neck calibration tests of Hybrid-III 5F/50th /95th, ES-2, WorldSID 50th, THOR 50th, and other dummies.

Chest impact test equipment

Used for chest calibration tests of dummies for frontal collision tests and side collision tests.

Knee impact test equipment

Used for the calibration of knee impact tests on various dummies.

Hip joint femur bending test equipment

Used for the hip joint femur bending correction test of Hybrid-III 5F/50th and FAA Hybrid-III dummies.

Torso bending test equipment

Used for torso bending correction tests of various dummies.

Rib drop test equipment

Used for rib drop calibration tests on ES-2 and ES-2re dummies.

Foot impact test equipment

Used for the foot impact calibration test required by the ECE R94 regulation.

Plantar compression testing equipment

Used for the plantar compression correction test required by CFR PART572 Subpart E regulations.
