SPIRAL Track Measuring Instrument

Spiral Track is a spiral track mechanical measuring instrument with a non-uniform linear accuracy of less than 1%, which is not available in traditional mechanical measuring instruments. Spiral grooves are engraved on 4-6 sleeve cylinders. Regardless of how the upper or lower parts of these sleeves expand or contract, the sinking displacement of all cylinders can be measured by pressure sensors. By changing the stroke (number of parts) of the cylinders, the sinking displacement in any direction can be measured. It can also be integrated into loosely structured spaces. The lower part of the device is equipped with three sets of rotary displacement sensors (x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis), which can measure the accurate displacement of oblique inputs through the rotation of the shaft.

 

 

This measuring instrument is suitable for Thor50, WorldSID50, Q series dummies, RS-dummiess, and the next-generation MATD dummies.
